The present invention relates to an apparatus for transmitting a power comprising: a cylindrical tube; a vertical core having at least one first core where the longitudinal direction along an outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical tube is arranged on the circumferential direction of the outer circumferential surface; at least one first cable being wound in each of the at least one first core; a horizontal core having at least one second core arranged in order that the longitudinal direction along an outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical tube is perpendicular to the circumferential direction of the outer circumferential surface; and at least one second cable being wound in each of the at least one second core, to an apparatus for receiving a power comprising: a receiving core of a bar type; a first plate-shaped core connected to one end unit of the receiving core; a second plate-shaped core connected to the other end unit of the receiving core; and a receiving cable wound on the receiving core, and to a surgical apparatus using the same.
