Disclosed is a flow rate meter using an ultrasonic transducer. The flow rate meter comprises: an ultrasonic transducer; a wedge which has a sloped surface slantly formed on an upper portion in a downward direction, and a dented portion formed to be dented in a half-cylinder shape along a longitudinal direction of the sloped surface; and a rotation portion which has a plane section where the ultrasonic transducer is positioned, and a curved section extended from the upper/lower ends of the plane section and curved in a semicircular shape to touch the dented portion. As such, the flow rate meter is able to adjust an oscillation direction of an ultrasonic wave, and maximizes an area which the ultrasonic transducer touches.
