An organic light emitting diode is provided. The organic light emitting diode according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a first electrode and a second electrode facing each other; a light emitting layer located between the first electrode and the second electrode; and an electron injection layer located between the second electrode and the light emitting layer, wherein the electron injection layer includes a bipolar material in which a first component and a second component having different polarity are bonded, and a metal having a work function of 4.0 eV or less. The organic light emitting diode has high efficiency and long lifespan.
