The present invention relates to a motor utilizing a permanent magnet which uses the forces of attraction and repulsion acting between different permanent magnets reciprocally, and the forces of attraction and repulsion acting between the permanent magnet and an electromagnet reciprocally. The motor utilizing a permanent magnet according to the present invention includes: a first rotating plate and a second rotating plate where a through-hole which penetrates one end and the other end thereof is formed at a central part thereof, and a plurality of insertion grooves are formed at one end thereof; a rotating shaft penetrating the central part of the first rotating plate and the central part of the second rotating plate; a plurality of rotors arranged between the first rotating plate and the second rotating plate at same intervals based on the rotating shaft and including the permanent magnets and penetrating shafts which penetrate the permanent magnets; a plurality of planetary gears connected to the plurality of the rotors respectively; and a central gear connected to an end part of the rotating shaft and meshed with all of the planetary gears. Further, the present invention includes: a rotating-plate supporting part including a first supporting post and a second supporting post which are connected to both ends of the rotating shaft respectively; a stator supporting part including a third supporting post having a first stator including a permanent magnet as a component and a fourth supporting post having a second stator equal to the first stator which are mutually separated from each other based on the rotating shaft; a plurality of deadlock-point detecting sensors placed at one side of the rotating-plate supporting part; and a plurality of electromagnet parts placed at one side of the stator supporting part.
