1. A method comprising:
recording at least a portion of a conference call; storing the portion of the conference call in memory; processing the portion of the conference call to identify at least one segment of interest, the processing of the portion of the conference call comprises parsing one or more keywords and corresponding buffer areas after the one or more keywords are identified, wherein the corresponding buffer areas are defined as a predetermined time periods before and after the one or more keywords are identified in the audio segment; processing the at least one segment of interest and creating at least one tag of interest to be associated with a third party application, wherein the at least one tag of interest comprises a descriptor configured to link the at least one segment of interest to a transcribed text version, a voice version, or both, of the conference call to be of interest to other individuals accessing the conference call via the third party application; and forwarding the at least one tag of interest to a third party computing device responsive to the identified segment of interest. |
