The present invention relates to a novel autoinhibitory protein fusion and a use thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a sensor for measuring the activity of protease using a novel autoinhibitory protein fusion, and to a method for measuring protease activity. According to the present invention, the method for measuring protease activity can solve problems taking place in the existing measurement of the protease activity such as high background noise signals, mutual interference (interruption) by biological samples, and low approachability as experimental equipment. Thus, the protein fusion is strong and sensitive, and thus can be used as a standard protocol which is user convenient and is used for measuring the protease activity. Further, the protein fusion can be developed as a method for diagnosing disease, targeting therapeutic protease. |
