The present invention relates to an organic light emitting display device which compensates for a mobility deviation of a driving TFT in accordance with a hybrid compensation type. The organic light emitting display device differentially applies a reference voltage in consideration of an RC delay or differentially adjusts output timing of a data voltage to minimize a deviation of mobility compensation performance of the driving TFT per a display location, thereby improving brightness uniformity of a display panel. |
