According to the present invention, a shock absorbent hood hinge lifting device is disclosed. The disclosed shock absorbent hood hinge lifting device comprises: a fixing bracket fixated to a vehicle body; an arm member rotated by a rotary shaft in the fixing bracket; an installation bracket rotationally connected to the arm member, and provided in a hood; a lock lever rotationally installed by the arm member and a hinge unit; and an actuator hitting the lock lever for rotation of the lock lever, and absorbing a shock so as to reduce the shock when hitting the lock lever. |
