摘要 The present invention relates to a multi-motion hybrid damping device operated in stages with respect to a transverse load with various volumes by separately controlling initial rigidity and a yield strength thereof, thereby absorbing and damping energy caused by a wind load, an earthquake load or the like. The multi-motion hybrid damping device is included between one member and the other member to achieve earthquake resisting reinforcement and comprises a T-shaped steel, a pair of L-shaped steels, a friction pad, friction bolts and nuts. The T-shaped steel includes a flange and a web coupled to the center of the flange, wherein an external surface of the flange is coupled to one member. The L-shaped steels are positioned on both sides of the web of the T-shaped steel. Each of the L-shaped steels has one leg coupled to one surface of the web of the T-shaped steel and the other leg coupled to the other member. The friction pad is included between the web of the T-shaped steel and one leg of the L-shaped steel. The friction bolts and nuts are positioned outside the web of the T-shaped steel to couple the L-shaped steels.
