The present invention relates to a releasing sheet for a food container and a method for manufacturing the same. A synthetic resin film formed of a PFA or FET material is attached to a glass fiber fabric or a glass fiber mesh fabric that has superior characteristics in airtightness, durability, and heat resistance and has both side surface into which Teflon is impregnated. Then, a glass fiber fabric or a glass fiber mesh fabric into which Teflon is impregnated is attached again to the synthetic resin film formed of the PFA or FET material to provide the releasing sheet for the food container, which is suitable for fields in which airtightness has to be improved, and an appropriate thickness has to be ensured for excellent durability and heat resistance. The manufacturing method includes steps of: placing an woven glass fiber fabric, into which Teflon is impregnated, having thickness of 0.07 to 0.35 mm on a synthetic resin film formed of a PFA or FET material and having a thickness of 0.013 mm; compressing the glass fiber fabric by using a heating plate, which is provided as a plate formed of a stainless material and has a heater, at a temperature of 290 to 420°C and a pressure of 40 to 50 kg for 1 to 6 seconds to allow the woven glass fiber fabric, into which Teflon is impregnated, to be thermally bonded to the synthetic resin film formed of the PFA or FET material. |
