The present invention relates to a fixing device for welding a bellows tube. The fixing device for welding the bellows tube comprises: a round bar, which is inserted into the bellows tube to penetrate along a longitudinal direction of the bellows tube, formed longer than a compressed length of the bellows tube, and has a screw thread on an outer circumferential face; a fixing plate of plate shape which is coupled to an end of the round bar, and has a side width formed larger than an inner radius of the bellows tube; a fixing part including a means for assembling by which the round bar is coupled to the fixing plate; and a compressing part of plate shape, which is coupled to an other end of the round bar, having a penetrating hole formed perpendicular to a surface area direction on an inner circumferential face of which a screw thread corresponding to the outer circumferential area of the round bar is formed, and is formed to have a width larger than the inner radius of a welding object welded to the bellows tube. According to the present invention, an object to be welded does not need to be fixated in a welding surface through tack welding in advance since sagging of the bellows tube is prevented during the welding of the bellows tube. Additionally, in accordance with the present invention, a welding torch is able to weld the entire outer circumferential face of the bellows tube without an obstacle since a means to prevent the bellows tube from sagging is positioned in the inside of the bellows tube. Moreover, in accordance with the present invention, a costly device to fixate by compressing the bellows tube such as a dual-sided vice device is not required. As a means to prevent sagging inside the bellows tube, the present invention is able to be positioned on a center of the bellows tube by a straight tube, and the entire tube is able to maintain a straight shape by uniform folds. |
