According to the present invention, a water hammer arrestor comprises: a mounting unit mounted in a pipe where a fluid flows; a lower body where the fluid is introduced and discharged, connected to the mounting unit; an upper body stacked on and mounted in the lower body; and a water hammer prevention unit provided inside the bodies and vertically moved based on the stacking direction of the body when the fluid is introduced and discharged. Therefore, the present invention can prevent water hammering transmitted to the pipe, thereby preventing a crack of the pipe and damage to the pipe. |
