The present invention relates to a device for locking an upper plate, which is configured to lock and release an upper plate fixated to the supporter which is fixated to be folded at the top of a supporter in order to provide convenience by facilitating locking and releasing by hands when a user folds the upper plate. The device for locking an upper plate comprises: a locking measure having a locking piece at a bottom side of the upper plate of which one end is rotatable and a fixation member having a locking hole fixated to the supporter, which accepts the locking piece. The locking measure comprises: a locking pipe which is rotatably coupled to a fixation pipe fixed to the bottom side of the upper plate through a hinge shaft, wherein the locking piece is extended from one end of the locking pipe; a movable body having a through-hole through which an extended shaft penetrates, wherein the extended shaft is fixated to an end of an extended piece extended from one end of the locking pipe, slides on the bottom side of the upper plate, and moves back and forth in a straight line; and a forward and backward moving measure including a movable rod which moves back and forth by arbitrarily pressurizing the movable body. The through-hole comprises a long hole to form a tilt angle against a direction where the movable body moves back and forth, wherein the movable body is configured to change a vertical position of the extended shaft when moving back and forth. |
