A thiazolopyridinone of formula (I) and/or a salt thereof in which R1 represents hydrogen, halogen, nitro, cyano, (C1-C6)-alkyl, (C2-C6)-alkenyl, (C2-C6)-alkynyl, (C1-C6)-alkoxy, (C1-C6)-alkylthio, (C1-C6)-alkylsulfinyl, (C1-C6)-alkylsulfonyl, (C3-C6)-cycloalkyl, (C1-C6)-alkoxy-(C1-C6)-alkyl, di-(C1-C6)-alkoxy-(C1-C6)-alkyl or (C1-C6)-alkylthio-(C1-C6)-alkyl, each of which is substituted by n halogen atoms, R2 represents hydrogen, (C1-C6)-alkyl, (C2-C6)-alkenyl, (C3-C6)-alkynyl, (C3-C6)-cycloalkyl, (C1-C6)-alkoxy-(C1-C6)-alkyl or di-(C1-C6)-alkoxy-(C1-C6)-alkyl, halogen atoms, or phenyl or benzyl, each of which is substituted by n radicals from the group consisting of halogen, (C1-C6)-alkyl and (C1-C6)-alkoxy, R3 represents hydroxy, O—C(═O)R7, O—C(=L)MR8, O—SO2R9, O—P(=L)R10R11, O—C(=L)NR12R13, O-E or O—R14, R4 represents R4a or R4b, R4a represents aryl which is substituted by n radicals R5 and one radical R6, R4b represents 2-furyl, 3-furyl, 2-thienyl, 3-thienyl, 1-pyrrolyl, 2-pyrrolyl, 3-pyrrolyl, 3-isoxazolyl, 4-isoxazolyl, 5-isoxazolyl, 3-isothiazolyl, 4-isothiazolyl, 5-isothiazolyl, 1-pyrazolyl, 3-pyrazolyl, 4-pyrazolyl, 5-pyrazolyl, (C1-C6)-alkylthio-(C1-C6)-alkyl, each of which is substituted by n halogen atoms, R6 represents aryl or heteroaryl, each of which is substituted by s radicals R5, E represents a metal ion equivalent or an ammonium ion, L represents oxygen or sulfur, M represents oxygen or sulfur, R7 represents (C1-C6)-alkyl, (C2-C6)-alkenyl, (C1-C6)-alkoxy-(C1-C6)-alkyl, di-(C1-C6)-alkoxy-(C1-C6)-alkyl or (C1-C6)-alkylthio-(C1-C6)-alkyl, each of which is substituted by n halogen atoms, a fully saturated 3- to 6-membered ring consisting of 3 to 5 carbon atoms and 1 to 3 heteroatoms from the group consisting of oxygen, sulfur and nitrogen, which ring is substituted by n radicals from the group consisting of halogen, (C1-C6)-alkyl and (C1-C6)-alkoxy, or (C3-C6)-cycloalkyl, phenyl, phenyl-(C1-C6)-alkyl, phenoxy-(C1-C6)-alkyl or heteroaryloxy-(C1-C6)-alkyl, each of which is substituted by n radicals from the group consisting of halogen, (C1-C6)-alkyl and (C1-C6)-alkoxy, R8 represents (C1-C6)-alkyl, (C2-C6)-alkenyl, (C1-C6)-alkoxy-(C1-C6)-alkyl or di-(C1-C6)-alkoxy-(C1-C6)-alkyl, each of which is substituted by n halogen atoms, or (C3-C6)-cycloalkyl, phenyl or benzyl, each of which is substituted by n radicals from the group consisting of halogen, (C1-C6)-alkyl and (C1-C6)-alkoxy, R9, R10, R11 independently of one another represent (C1-C6)-alkyl, (C1-C6)-alkoxy, N—(C1-C6)-alkylamino, N,N-di-(C1-C6)-alkylamino, (C1-C6)-alkylthio, (C2-C6)-alkenyl or (C3-C6)-cycloalkylthio, each of which is substituted by n halogen atoms, or phenyl, benzyl, phenoxy or phenylthio, each of which is substituted by n radicals from the group consisting of halogen, (C1-C6)-alkyl and (C1-C6)-alkoxy, R12, R13 independently of one another each represent hydrogen, (C1-C6)-alkyl, (C3-C6)-cycloalkyl, (C2-C6)-alkenyl, (C1-C6)-alkoxy or (C1-C6)-alkoxy-(C1-C6)-alkyl, substituted by n halogen atoms, phenyl or benzyl, each of which is substituted by n radicals from the group consisting of halogen, (C1-C6)-alkyl and (C1-C6)-alkoxy, or R12 and R13 together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached form a 3- to 6-membered ring containing 2 to 5 carbon atoms and in each case 0 or 1 oxygen or sulfur atoms, R14 represents (C1-C6)-alkyl, (C2-C6)-alkenyl, (C2-C6)-alkynyl, (C1-C6)-alkoxy-(C1-C6)-alkyl, (C1-C6)-alkylthio-(C1-C6)-alkyl or di-(C1-C6)-alkoxy-(C1-C6)-alkyl, each of which is substituted by n halogen atoms, (C3-C6)-cycloalkyl substituted by n radicals from the group consisting of halogen, (C1-C6)-alkyl and (C1-C6)-alkoxy, a fully saturated 3- to 6-membered ring consisting of 3 to 5 carbon atoms and 1 to 3 heteroatoms from the group consisting of oxygen, sulfur and nitrogen, which ring is substituted by n radicals from the group consisting of halogen, (C1-C6)-alkyl and (C1-C6)-alkoxy, phenyl, phenyl-(C1-C6)-alkyl, heteroaryl, phenoxy-(C1-C6)-alkyl or heteroaryloxy-(C1-C6)-alkyl, substituted by n radicals from the group consisting of halogen, (C1-C6)-alkyl and (C1-C6)-alkoxy, m represents 0 or 1, n represents 0, 1, 2 or 3, s represents 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4. |
