An image processing device comprises: a signal receiving unit configured to receive an encrypted image signal; a storage unit configured to temporarily store the encrypted image signal received in the signal receiving unit; a signal decrypting unit configured to convert the encrypted image signal into a decrypted image signal by decrypting the encrypted image signal outputted from the storage unit with a preset first secret key; and a decoding unit configured to decode the decrypted image signal outputted from the signal decrypting unit to be displayed by an image.
