The present invention relates to a system for manufacturing synthetic slaked lime filler, comprising: a primary grinding unit which primarily micronizes rough limestones by grinding; a secondary grinding flow unit which secondarily micronizes lime grains primarily micronized in the primary grinding unit by grinding and lets micronized limestone powder flow; a cyclone unit which gathers the limestone powder flowing in the secondary grinding flow unit; a slaked lime storage tank in which slaked lime powder is filled; a mixing unit which mixes the limestone powder in the cyclone unit and the slaked lime powder in the slaked lime storage tank; and a synthetic filler storage tank which stores synthetic filler of the limestone powder and the slaked lime powder mixed in the mixing unit. According to the present invention, the slaked lime powder and the limestone powder are evenly mixed, and the synthetic slake lime filler, in which the slaked lime powder and the limestone powder are accurately mixed at a preset ratio, is manufactured.
