Provided is a food product that does not generate objectionable odors, in particular, fishy odors, in any formulation, including liquid, gel, semisolid, and solid formulations, and in which the generation of odors due to aging is prevented. The food product also has a high antiplatelet activity, in particular when compared to food products containing conventional fish-derived EPA and DHA. The food product comprises algae extract oil, proteins from an animal or a plant source, and an emulsifier. |
