The present invention relates to a method for preparing a water-soluble calcium oxide, and provides a method for preparing a water-soluble calcium oxide, the method comprising the steps of: placing roasters in layers in a firing furnace constructed using fire-proof bricks, laying coke on each of the roasters, uniformly spraying a mixture in which a magnesium carbonate powder and a pine resin powder are mixed at a volume ratio of 1:1, spraying water-soluble vanadium, which is diluted with water to maintain a content of 0.005-0.009 mg per kg, placing fine coral limestone particles thereon, and igniting the coke; performing firing for 36-40 hours with observing an inner condition through a mica window while the inner temperature is slowly raised at a temperature gradient starting from 400°C to the maximum 950°C using a combustion temperature control fan such that the inner temperature is in the range of 400-950°C, followed by cooling, thereby obtaining light-weight coral limestone clinker; mixing active carbon with the clinker at a weight ratio of 1:1, and heating and firing the mixture in a high-frequency furnace of 4,000-6,500 KHz at a temperature of 400-950°C for 20-26 hours, followed by cooling the mixture in the furnace for 36-48 hours, washing, drying, and pulverizing the same in a fine pulverizing machine, thereby obtaining water-soluble calcium oxide. The present invention can enhance the useful characteristics to the human body through functional additives, thereby improving the product competitiveness; enables mass production, thereby reducing the manufacturing costs; and can implement nature-friendly products. |
