The present invention relates to a channel setting method for establishing a cluster-based system, and more particularly to a channel setting method for establishing a cluster-based system between a cluster head and a member node corresponding to a sub user in an AD-hoc dynamic spectrum allocation (DSA) recognition wireless network environment. According to the present invention, a method for a channel setting for establishing a cluster-based system between a cluster head and a member node corresponding to a sub user in a wireless network environment, comprises the steps of: dividing all frequency bands into a plurality of band groups, each of the band groups into a plurality of channels, and each of the channels into a request sub channel and a response sub channel; activating a system for searching for a channel, available to be commonly used by the cluster head and the member node, through the request sub channel; setting a membership for the member node to register as a member of the cluster via the response sub channel; and transmitting, by the cluster head, a common data channel decision message via the request sub channel.
