A noise attenuating apparatus according to the present invention includes a speaker unit including at least one speaker, a feedback microphone unit disposed in conjunction with the at least one speaker, a feedforward microphone unit for detecting external noise and an internal resonance signal, a digital processing unit that generates a digital audio space signal corresponding to a sound of a virtual space by correcting the location of a sound source for a digital audio signal, analyzes and processes a digital feedforward noise signal provided from the feedforward microphone unit to be converted into a digital form, and adds the digital feedforward noise signal analyzed and processed by the digital audio space signal, and an analog processing unit that processes an analog feedback noise signal provided by the feedback microphone unit and adds the processed analog feedback noise signal to the analog audio signal converted into an analog form and outputted by the digital processing unit, and outputs the added analog synthesized signal to the speaker unit, to attenuate only the desired noise accurately without delay. |
