Provided are an optical sheet, a backlight assembly having the same, and a method for manufacturing an optical sheet. The optical sheet comprises: a first light modulating layer including a plurality of micro lenses; a first substrate arranged in an upper part of the first modulating layer; a second light modulating layer arranged in an upper part of the substrate, and having an optical axis in one direction; and a coupling layer arranged between the first light modulating layer and the substrate, and coupling the first modulating layer and the substrate. The micro lens is vertically indented downward from a normal unit, and including a dent unit extended in a first direction. The dent unit is at least partially filled by the coupling layer.
