The present invention relates to a groove processing device. The objective of the present invention is to form grooves on the top and bottom of a material to be processed using a mechanical device. The groove processing device, according to the present invention, comprises: transfer parts which are formed at intervals and transfer the material to be processed; a top groove processing part which is formed between the transfer parts to be located on the top of the material to be processed and forms a top groove on the top of the material to be processed; and a bottom groove processing part which is formed between the transfer parts to be located on the bottom of the material to be processed and forms a bottom groove on the bottom of the material to be processed. |
