The present invention relates to a hair transplantation apparatus which increases efficiency of hair transplantation and, more specifically, to a hair transplantation apparatus comprising: a case; a moving member installed inside the case; a needle installed in the moving member, and in which a hair follicle is inserted; and a switch which can move into the case, wherein the needle is inserted inside the case by a manoeuvre of the switch.
