The present invention relates to a method for stabilizing heavy metals in mine waste. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for stabilizing heavy metals in mine waste, which is intended to restore a region where acidic waste containing heavy metals is piled up. To this end, the method of the present invention includes the following steps: forming carbonic acid in the acidic waste by supplying urease and urea into the acidic waste; and filling apertures in the acidic waste after injection a source of calcium capable of supplying calcium into the acidic waste and then extraction of calcium carbonate via a reaction between calcium and carbonic acid. |
