The present invention relates to a garlic dividing apparatus from which a roller can be quickly and easily removed and replaced through an installation hole on a side of a main body. The garlic dividing apparatus comprises: a main body opened on both the top and bottom, and having a pair of first installation holes formed on a front surface; a roller unit including a pair of rotation shafts which are separately coupled to the main body through the first installation holes in a manner allowing rotation inside of the main body, a tapered pipe which is mounted by being inserted into the rotation shaft toward the inner part of the main body and having an outer diameter that becomes gradually smaller going toward the first installation holes, and a roller which is removably coupled to the tapered pipe through the first installation holes and made of a rubber material; and a front disassembly unit which is removably installed at the first installation holes and rotatably supports an end of the rotation shaft.
