PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intercom system capable of calling a user who makes a remote-observation, and to provide a radio unit and a calling method.SOLUTION: An intercom system 100 includes: a radio unit 300 which moves together with a mobile body; an intercom master unit 500 which is disposed indoor; and an entrance slave unit 400 which transfers a signal received from the radio unit 300 to the intercom master unit 500. The radio unit 300 has a call detection section 360 that detects a call to the intercom master unit 500, and when the call detection section 360 detects a call, the radio unit transmits a call signal to the entrance slave unit 400.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
