PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bumper manufacturing apparatus capable of stabilizing a mold position, and manufacturing a bumper having high molding accuracy.SOLUTION: A rear bumper 102 comprises: a protrusion face 105 on a vehicle outside; a recessed face 106 on a vehicle inside; and a bumper holding part 108 (shelf board part) on a predetermined position of the recessed face 106. A mold of a bumper manufacturing apparatus 100 comprises a cavity mold 142 for molding the protrusion face 105, a core mold 144 for molding the recessed face 106, and a slide mold 146 assembled to the core mold 144 and molding a lower face 164 of the bumper holding part 108. In the slide mold 146, a bottom face 152 comes in contact with the core mold 144 at a lower part, a vehicle inside face 154 comes in contact with the core mold 144 in its mold release direction, and a second top face 162 comes in contact with the core mold 144 at an upper part. Extension parts 156 are disposed on both sides of a first top face 148 in a vehicle width direction, extend upward relative to an upper end of the bumper, and come in contact with the cavity mold 142 in a mold release direction with respect to the cavity mold 142.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
