PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum cleaner capable of recording an abnormality as soon as it occurs.SOLUTION: A vacuum cleaner 11 includes a body case 20. The vacuum cleaner 11 includes driving wheels that enable the body case 20 to travel. The vacuum cleaner 11 includes control means 39 for causing the body case 20 to autonomously travel by controlling the drive of the driving wheels. The control means 39 has a function of abnormality detection means for detecting an abnormality. The vacuum cleaner 11 includes a camera 35 for taking an image. The control means 39 has a cleaning mode for cleaning a surface to be cleaned, an imaging mode for taking an image with the camera 35, and a stand-by mode for operation stand-by.
