PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform sufficient decontamination to many articles having a spot where decontamination is difficult such as a dead leg, in an aseptic workroom.SOLUTION: Many articles are arranged in an aseptic workroom 11 of an aseptic isolator device 10 including the aseptic workroom 11 maintained in an aseptic state, and decontamination gas supply device 17 for supplying decontamination gas. A local decontamination device including a blower on a top board is arranged so as to cover the articles. The decontamination gas diffused in the aseptic workroom 11 is blown locally on the articles by using the blower included in the local decontamination device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
