PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a top emission type organic EL display device including an in-cell touch panel.SOLUTION: An organic EL display device includes: a first substrate having a display area and a non-display area NA; a second substrate 12 having pattern wiring 111; and a seal material 5 sandwiched between the first substrate and the second substrate 12 and disposed in the non-display area NA. The non-display area NA has: protrusion parts 104; a pattern electrode 105 covering the protrusion parts; and an insulation layer 109 covering the pattern electrode. The seal material 5 includes a conductor 110 contacting with the first substrate and the second substrate 12. The insulation layer 109 is broken by the conductor 110 to cause the pattern wiring 111 and the pattern electrode 105 to be electrically connected with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
