PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compiling device, a compiling method, and a compiling program which can compile a statistic value in a designated area in a statistic state and efficiently.SOLUTION: A compiling device 1 comprises: a statistic value acquisition part 11 for acquiring a statistic value for every first unit area on a map; an acquisition part 12 for every kind of use, for acquiring data for every kind of land use for every second unit area in which the first unit area is segmented; a proportional division processing part 16 for, based on predetermined weight corresponding to pieces of data for every kind of land use, proportioning the statistic value for every first unit area to the statistic value for every second unit area; and a calculation part 18 for totaling a statistic value on a zone of the second unit area in which, a representative point is included in the compiling area, when the compiling area is designated, and outputting the totaled statistic value as a compiling value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
