PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a waiting time for a service providing.SOLUTION: A purchase product prediction device 30 comprises: an entering history DB32 that stores entering-into region information including number-of-entering shop information serving as information about how many times a user U enters into a shop 50 for a period of time until the user U leaves a prediction target region R set to the shop 50 since the user U entered the prediction target region R; a purchase history DB33 that stores purchase information on the user U in the shop 50; an entering shop frequency calculation unit 34 that calculates a user entering shop probability as to each of the users U existing in the prediction target region R; a purchase frequency calculation unit 35 that calculates a user purchase probability of the user U on the basis of the purchase information for each product to be provided in the shop 50 as to each of the users U existing in the prediction target region R; and a purchase product prediction unit 36 that predicts a product to be purchased in the shop 50 on the basis of the user entering shop probability and the user purchase probability.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
