PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation analysis device capable of improving safety.SOLUTION: A radiation analysis device 100 includes: a sample chamber lid provided so as to be freely openable and closable; a first moving member 52 which can move between a first position and a second position, and moves from the first position to the second position when the sample chamber lid is closed; a pushing unit which moves the first moving member 52 from the second position to the first position; a claw part which is mounted on the first moving member 52, and engages with a claw receiving part of the sample chamber lid when the first moving member 52 moves to the second position and disengages from the claw receiving unit when the first moving member 52 moves to the first position; a radiation shutter arranged between a radiation source and the sample chamber; a shutter opening/closing mechanism which opens and closes the radiation shutter by moving the radiation shutter; a second moving member 72 which moves in conjunction with the radiation shutter; and a regulating member 80 which regulates the movement of the first moving member 52 and the second moving member 72 according to the relative positions of the first moving member 52 and the second moving member 72.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 |
