The present invention relates to a method for estimating a deep body temperature circadian rhythm, the method being capable of monitoring, in a noninvasive and non-restraining manner, the deep body temperature which is one of bio-signals absolutely necessary to assess the health of a human body in daily life, and acquiring a deep body temperature circadian rhythm from which various health information can be extracted. The method for estimating a deep body temperature circadian rhythm in daily life according to the present invention may include the following steps: measuring a bio-signal in a continuous, noninvasive, and non-restraining manner in daily life; extracting parameter data for estimating a deep body temperature from the measured bio-signal; extracting a deep body temperature data by estimating the deep body temperature for a predetermined time by using each of the extracted parameter data and a deep body temperature estimating algorithm; and estimating the deep body temperature circadian rhythm from the extracted deep body temperature data. |
