According to the present invention, a strap window attached to an existing window comprises: glass; a sash frame fixating the glass; a sealant installed in a place where the glass and the sash frame are closely attached to each other, thereby enabling the glass to be fixated to the sash frame; a bracket of which one side is inserted into the sealant to be fixated between the glass and the sash frame; and a storm window fixated to the other side of the bracket and installed to be spaced at a predetermined distance from the glass. The present invention has an excellent thermal insulation property and improves the thermal insulation property of the window.
