The present invention relates to technology for processing radar signals. More particularly, the present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for distinguishing DOA (direction of arrival) due to a jammer in a bistatic radar environment and estimating target DOA and DOD (direction of departure). According to the present invention, in the bistatic radar environment having the jammer and an arbitrary 2D or 1D antenna arrangement, the DOA due to a target from a receiving signal is discriminated from the DOA due to the jammer. The method comprises: an input step; an estimation DOA generation step; a DOD estimating step; and an information obtaining step.
