PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle door lock controller that enables rescuing of a passenger at a time of accident, without compromising anti-theft property.SOLUTION: A door lock controller includes an impact detection part 1 that detects an impact on a vehicle, an unlocking operation part 2 disposed on an outer wall part of the vehicle, an authentication part 4 that authenticates an authentication ID transmitted by an electronic key 3 in response to a request signal, and a door control part 5 that shifts a door to an unlocked state, on a condition of successful authentication by the authentication part 4. The door control part 5 functions in a normal operation mode and an emergency unlocking mode, the normal operation mode being for judging whether to shift the door to the unlocked state through authentication that excludes the electronic key 3 in the vehicle from an object of authentication by the authentication part 4, and the emergency unlocking mode being a mode shifted thereto on a condition of detection of an impact that exceeds a predetermined value by the impact detection part 1, and after shifting, having the door shifted to the unlocked state on a condition of an operation of the unlocking operation part 2 and recognition of the authenticable electronic key 3 either inside or outside of the vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
