PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflective LED lamp having a long lamp life and a high ultraviolet intensity.SOLUTION: A reflective LED lamp comprises an LED chip which emits ultraviolet, a light-transmissive sealing unit which seals the LED chip, and a lead frame. The sealing unit includes a primary sealing unit formed so as to cover the LED chip, and a secondary sealing unit formed so as to cover the primary sealing unit. The primary sealing unit includes a silicon resin, and the secondary sealing unit includes an epoxy silicon resin. The primary sealing unit is formed so as to cover the LED chip and at least a part of a bonding wire. The secondary sealing unit is formed so as to cover the primary sealing unit and a bridge part of the lead frame.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A |
