PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device capable of obtaining a distance to various subjects.SOLUTION: An imaging device comprises: first to third photoelectric conversion units (101-103) each having a plurality of unit pixels, each of the plurality of unit pixels converting light into an electric charge; a first floating diffusion (106) that holds the electric charge; a second floating diffusion (112) that holds the electric charge; a first transfer transistor (104) that transfers the electric charge in the first photoelectric conversion unit to the first floating diffusion; a second transfer transistor (105) that transfers the electric charge in the second photoelectric conversion unit to the first floating diffusion; a third transfer transistor (111) that transfers the electric charge in the second photoelectric conversion unit to the second floating diffusion; and a fourth transfer transistor (110) that transfers the electric charge in third photoelectric conversion unit to the second floating diffusion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
