PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmitter that has a receiver capable of coping with hybrid cast obtain attribute information on voice data without the receiver decoding the voice data of received content and analyzing a header.SOLUTION: A transmitter 1 transmits information to a receiver 2 capable of coping with hybrid cast using both a broadcast path and a communication path.
