PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a yarn winding device that allows a yarn to remain in a traverse groove formed on an outer peripheral surface of a winding drum when the yarn is cut off.SOLUTION: A yarn winding part 21 is a yarn winding device for winding a yarn Y and forming a package P. The yarn winding device comprises: a cradle 23 for holding the package rotatably; a winding drum 17 which rotates the package by rotating around a rotary shaft S17 in a contact state with the package, and in which a traverse groove 17A for traversing the yarn wound around the package along a rotary shaft direction is formed on an outer peripheral surface in contact with the package; and a contact type restriction part 81 for covering a part of the traverse groove while coming into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the rotating winding drum.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
