One embodiment of the present invention discloses a gas insulated switchgear having a ground switchgear which includes a power transmission unit for transmitting power to a ground movable element to drive the ground movable element; a spring hinged to the power transmission unit and compressed by the operation of the power transmission unit to store power in an elastic energy type, wherein the spring is extended to delay the power transmission after a predetermined time elapses; an outer container containing the power transmission unit and the spring; and a control device for controlling the delay of the power transmission by maintaining the compressed state of the spring for a predetermined time. According to the present invention, the switching operation of the ground switchgear for the gas insulated switchgear may be performed at a time point when the switching operation of the ground switchgear is required. In addition, in case of requiring an accurate supplying time point, it is possible to allow the gas insulated switchgear to interwork with another operating device so that the performance may be improved. |
