PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resonance coupler that can enhance the power conversion efficiency.SOLUTION: A resonance coupler has a first resonance wire and a second resonance wire. The first resonance wire has a first opening loop wire, a first input/output wire extending outwards from a first connection portion of the first open loop wire, and a first stub wire extending inwards from a second connection portion of the first open loop wire. The second resonance wire contains a second open loop wire, and a second input/output wire extending outwards from a third connection portion of the second open loop wire. The first stub wire has a first connection end connected to the second connection portion of the first open loop wire, and a first open end at the opposite side to the first connection end. The wire length form the first connection portion of the first open loop wire to the open end of the first stub wire is equal to a quarter of the wavelength of an n-th order harmonic (n represents an integer of 2 or more) of a high frequency signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
