PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a geared motor capable of reducing cost, and a damper device.SOLUTION: In a geared motor 10, an outer stator core 71 is positioned in a radial direction, a circumferential direction and a motor axial direction La by a radial positioning part 312, a circumferential positioning part 314 and an axial first positioning part 313 of a first case member 3. Therefore, it is not necessary to position a stator 52 and a rotor spindle 54 with an end plate that is fixed on an end face of the stator 52. The radial positioning part 312 is formed from a plurality of protrusions which are abutted to an inner edge of a flange part 711 between pole teeth neighboring in the circumferential direction in the outer stator core 71. In the first case member 3, a first support part 311 for the rotor spindle for supporting the rotor spindle 54 and a spindle support part 371 for a first wheel for supporting a spindle (rotary shaft) of a first wheel are formed. Therefore, a rotor pinion 59 and a first wheel 66 can be properly engaged.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
