PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fork lift having a wireless tag reader that prevents damage to an object to be read and a device for reading a wireless tag.SOLUTION: A fork lift 10 comprises: a fork 18 supporting an object to be carried; and a reader that reads information, stored in an RFID tag 34, by means of radio communication. The fork 18 comprises: a core member 20 extending in the longitudinal direction of the fork 18; and an outer shell member 22 having a principal surface 22b covering the core member 20 and supporting an object to be carried, and provided, on a side surface 22c with respect to the principal surface 22b, with a slot 22d communicating with this core member 20 from outside. In the reader, a reception module 24 that receives an electric wave from the RFID tag 34 is provided inside a place where the slot 22d of the outer shell member 22 is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
