PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording medium having higher resistance to falsification.SOLUTION: An information recording medium includes a base material, a first fluorescent part and a second fluorescent part. The base material includes a printing surface. The first fluorescent part is fitted on the printing surface, emits first fluorescence having the wavelength of a visible range by absorbing excitation light to perform excitation, and forms at least part of first information by the first fluorescence. The second fluorescent part is fitted on at least one of the printing surface, the first fluorescent part and a place between the printing surface and the first fluorescent part, emits second fluorescence having the wavelength of a region off the visible region by absorbing the excitation light to perform excitation, and forms second information by the second fluorescence.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 |
