PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend a drivable distance and to improve a rated output by improving the cooling performance of an in-wheel motor driving device by lubricating oil.SOLUTION: The in-wheel motor driving device 21 includes a motor part A for generating a driving force, a reduction gear B for reducing the speed of the rotation of the motor part to output the rotation, and a wheel hub C for transmitting the output from the reduction gear B to a driving wheel, the motor part A and the reduction gear B are housed in a casing 21, an oil supply passage 43 through which lubricating oil is circulated by an oil pump 42 is provided in the casing 21, and the lubricating oil circulated through the oil supply passage 43 is guided to the motor part A and the reduction gear B to lubricate and cool the motor part A and the reduction gear B. By providing a heat radiation fin 62a in the casing 21, the transmission area of the casing 21 is increased to enhance the cooling effect of the lubricating oil in the casing 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
