PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vascular endoscope catheter, which has an outer diameter insertable into various types of blood vessels and which allows a guide wire to be inserted into a blood vessel without requiring experience and extremely advanced technique of an operator, and provide a vascular endoscope using the same.SOLUTION: A vascular endoscope catheter and a vascular endoscope using the same are disclosed. The vascular endoscope catheter comprises a flexible lumen body. The lumen body comprises: a flexible guide wire which is disposed so as to become an eccentric shaft in an axial cross section of the lumen body at a distal end of the lumen body, and can extend in a distal direction from the distal end of the lumen body along an axial direction of the lumen body; and a fiber bundle which consists of a plurality of glass fibers accommodated in the lumen body, and in which distal ends of the glass fibers are oriented along the axial direction of the lumen body, respectively.
