PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency power supply device that has a high reliability and high efficiency simple circuit construction and in which it is unnecessary to supply a DC bias voltage to a control terminal of a semiconductor element by increasing a feedback voltage and components mounted in the device can be prevented from being polluted with air at the outside of the device.SOLUTION: A transformer 6 is formed in a substantially U-shape, whereby a pattern wire 12 between each of the input and output terminals of a secondary coil of the transformer 6 and a control terminal of a semiconductor element can be shortened while the length of the transformer 6 is secured. Furthermore, the primary and secondary coils of the transformer 6 are arranged in parallel, whereby the coupling degree of the primary and secondary coils can be increased. An LC resonance circuit excluding an induction coil, a switching circuit and the transformer are mounted in a housing. A water cooling type radiator is provided in the housing, and air in the housing is circulated by an air cooling fan while led to the radiator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
