PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition preventing or alleviating symptoms caused by excessive secretion of cortisol induced by stress.SOLUTION: The invention provides a composition for anti-stress or homeostasis containing lactobionate or a lactobionate salt as an active ingredient. The composition has an effect of preventing or alleviating the symptoms caused by excessive secretion of cortisol induced by stress, and prevents or alleviates the inflammatory reaction induced by stress.
